I have purchased products from you before on your other website...what is the difference between that website and this one?

Our other website has been our only website since our brand was launched. It is based in the UK so all the products on there are in British Stirling. This website is for our customers in the United States of America and Canada. 

We have converted the prices of our products to US Dollars, as well as opened our very first office outside the UK, in Austin, Texas! This means you will receive your goods quicker if you order from this website. 

Why have you set up your second office in the USA?

We have set up our second office in the USA because a large number of our customers are based in the USA. We want to be able to continue to provide great customer service, and in order to be able to do this, we felt we needed a US contact center. This makes everything quicker, including emailing, calling, and delivery time. 

You don't have a product on your US website that i've seen on your UK website and I want to order...what do I do?

Due to our US website being very new, we are thinking very carefully as to what products to put on there. Keep checking back because we will be updating this website regularly. By all means though, feel free to order from our UK website. The only difference is you will be waiting a little longer to receive your products, unless you choose courier delivery. 

Do you stock any products in stores in the US and Canada?

Yes we do! You can find a list of stockists on our website under the Info tab. Feel free to have a look and find a stockist near you. 

Why is your US base in Texas?

We chose Texas because we regularly need to visit New York and Los Angeles...usually we will visit both on the same trip so it made sense to us to have a central base.

I want to stock your products in my store. Do you sell wholesale?

I am a student wanting advice. Can I send you an email?

We will try our best to give you all the advice we can, however, we are extremely busy at the moment. You can find out a lot about out brand on the About section of the website. Please feel free to email us any questions you may have to jack@ilovemel.me and we will email you back. Please be patient though.

Do you accept interns?

We sometimes accept interns, however, due to our HQ being in Hastings, UK, we usually only accept local interns.  

Why do the English spell 'colouring' with a U? 

Honestly, we have no idea. You guys think we spell it wrong, we think you spell it wrong. To make you feel better, we have written our website according to your spelling.

I've done some colouring in...where can I show you?

Great! You can show us via Twitter or Instagram. The links are at the top and bottom of the website. 

You make a lot of books. I'm worried about the trees you're hurting. Why are you such horrible people?

You're right. We do print a lot of books, however, we only use Ecoplex paper, which is 100% recycled! No trees are harmed during the production of our books.

I haven't received my products. What should I do?
